Hiring

Be a SEM Coordinator at Full Measure

What we’re looking for

You have a desire to develop your SEM skills

We are looking for an SEM Coordinator who has a genuine interest in building a career in digital marketing, in particular search marketing. You will have a passion for all things digital and aren’t afraid of spreadsheets and data.

Build a career alongside some of the best in the business

You will be mentored by Brian, our Head of SEM, and Tony, our Assiciate Performance Director who will help you develop practical and analytical skills that you can apply throughout the rest of your career.

For your career path, a clear training and professional development plan will be in place, to help you move up through the agency as your skills grow. As you progress you will gain exposure to more senior duties such as SEM strategy, client facing meetings and technical problem solving.

You take charge of your own learning

You are self-driven in your learning and can be left alone to work on tasks. When you run into a problem, you work to try and solve it before you reach out for help. You’re someone who has an analytical mind and is committed to ensuring data is accurate.

What experience do you need

It’s not about experience, but rather a passion to learn SEM

We are more interested in your passion to learn rather than previous years in the business. We are looking for candidates who want a career in SEM rather than a job. Someone who asks the "why and how" so they can fully understand a topic.

What is the Opportunity?

Learn from the best of the best and spend your days exploring paid digital marketing across a range of dynamic channels (including PPC, paid social, remarketing and display), ensuring you’re stimulated, challenged, and thinking beyond Google’s methodologies. Our remote team is always on Slack and Zoom, supporting each other and sharing the latest search marketing techniques, tips, and insights - we may work from home, but we do not work alone.

Full disclosure - we don’t offer positions, FMD are all about pathways. If you want clear training to drive a professional development plan that will inform the rest of your career, Full Measure Digital is the place for you.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be strategising and building the best campaign for clients

Understand your client’s and uncover their business goals to help identify their target audience, research competitors and set campaign goals. You’ll also help find the best keywords for customers of your client and set up meticulously themed campaigns, ready for optimisation and reporting.

Create and experiment with your writing

You’ll be writing and playing with ad copy. A/B test which creative drives a better click through rate and work with the client to update their messaging as sales and campaigns are rolled out.

You’ll also learn how to roll out bid adjustments based on instructions around key client performance metrics.

Build your communication skills

You’ll inform clients on how their campaigns went and help the team to prepare client reports and dashboards. After checking the accuracy of the data, you’ll learn to tell a story with the information you’ve pulled out.

You’ll also earn and maintain updated Paid Search Google certifications.
